Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to each company and person that creates an account, accepts an invitation, uses the web dispatcher or driver mobile app, opens an authorized administrative surface, buys route-order credits, uses an integration, or otherwise accesses Rouptimize.

A person accepting these terms for a company confirms that they have authority to bind that company. Users must be legally capable of accepting these terms and must use Rouptimize only for legitimate business or delivery operations.

Features can depend on account permissions, company configuration, device permissions, available credits, data quality, third-party services, and the product version in use. Documentation and in-product controls describe the feature behaviour available to a particular account.

Customers retain ownership of customer data. They grant Rouptimize the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, secure, back up, support, and otherwise use that data to provide and improve the service, comply with law, and resolve incidents or disputes.

Rouptimize supports planning and dispatch decisions but does not replace operational judgement. Routing, optimization, distance, duration, ETA, geocoding, map, traffic, and monitoring outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unavailable because of source data, device readings, connectivity, third-party data, road conditions, regulations, or events outside Rouptimize's control.

Rouptimize does not guarantee the shortest route, an exact ETA, an on-time delivery, a particular saving, uninterrupted tracking, or a route that is safe or legally suitable in every circumstance. The customer remains responsible for reviewing and operating each route.

The driver mobile app is for authorized drivers and mobile users. Foreground location and, when granted, background location support active route navigation, monitoring, customer tracking, and performance records. Device settings, battery optimisation, network conditions, operating-system restrictions, and third-party navigation apps can affect tracking.

A customer tracking link can expose limited delivery, recipient, driver, vehicle, and recent location information to anyone holding the valid link while it remains active. Customers and recipients must protect tracking links and must not use Rouptimize for unlawful surveillance or tracking outside authorized delivery work.

Rouptimize proof-of-delivery workflows can include a customer verification code, a typed recipient or signature name, a note, and uploaded photo or file evidence. Availability depends on the mobile workflow, permissions, mission state, and account configuration.

Customers decide whether a proof method is appropriate for their contracts, goods, recipients, and legal obligations. Rouptimize does not independently verify a recipient's identity, the authenticity of an uploaded artifact, legal title to goods, or whether a delivery satisfies a separate customer contract.

A user can cancel Stripe checkout before payment. A completed digital-credit purchase cannot be cancelled through the product. Refund requests are assessed for duplicate charges, billing errors, service failures, and other circumstances required by law. Approved refunds are returned through the available payment method and can result in a corresponding credit-balance adjustment.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies consumer guarantees, refund rights, or other remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law.

Support is provided through available support tickets, contact forms, email, documentation, tutorials, and in-product guidance. Response times and service levels are not guaranteed unless a separate written service-level agreement applies.

Support requests and attachments must not contain passwords, full payment card details, API secrets, customer tracking tokens, or personal and operational information that is unnecessary for resolving the issue.

Rouptimize owns or licenses the platform, software, design, documentation, website content, trademarks, and related intellectual property. Subject to these terms and payment of applicable charges, Rouptimize grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for the customer's internal business operations.

Feedback may be used without restriction or payment to improve Rouptimize, provided Rouptimize does not publicly identify the contributor without permission.

Rouptimize relies on providers for hosting, databases, storage, payments, maps, geocoding, routing, notifications, telemetry, logging, security, and other infrastructure. Provider outages, policy changes, inaccurate third-party data, or network failures can affect availability, checkout, messaging, mapping, tracking, proof uploads, or output quality.

Rouptimize may maintain, update, improve, replace, limit, suspend, or discontinue features. Reasonable notice will be given for material changes when practical. No 100 percent uptime commitment applies unless a separate written service-level agreement states otherwise.

A customer may stop using Rouptimize and request account closure through support. Before closure, the customer is responsible for exporting information it needs through available product or support processes.

Rouptimize may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a security risk, unlawful activity, material breach, non-payment, misuse, harm to another customer, or a legal requirement. Except where urgent action is required, Rouptimize will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy a remediable breach.

On termination or closure, the right to use the service ends. Customer data is retained, returned, deleted, or de-identified in accordance with the Privacy Policy, customer instructions, available export processes, backups, legal obligations, security needs, and dispute requirements. Terms that by nature continue after termination remain effective.

Rouptimize is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rouptimize disclaims implied warranties that can lawfully be excluded, including uninterrupted availability and error-free or universally suitable routing output.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights, guarantees, warranties, conditions, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rouptimize is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, anticipated savings, or business continuity arising from use of the service. This exclusion does not apply where the law does not permit it.

Rouptimize is not responsible to the extent a loss results from inaccurate customer data, an unsafe or unlawful customer decision, unauthorized credentials, misuse of tracking or proof features, failure to follow documentation, customer systems or devices, third-party services, or events outside reasonable control.

The customer is responsible for claims, costs, and losses arising from its unlawful data, infringement of third-party rights, misuse of the service, or material breach of these terms, except to the extent caused by Rouptimize or prohibited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the applicable laws of the Australian state or territory with jurisdiction over Rouptimize, without limiting any mandatory law that applies to the customer. Before starting formal proceedings, each party must make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the dispute through written notice and discussion, unless urgent relief is required.

If part of these terms is unenforceable, it is read down or removed only to the extent necessary and the remaining terms continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. A customer may not assign its account or these terms without Rouptimize's written consent, except as part of an approved business transfer.

Rouptimize may update these terms when the service, billing model, law, or risk profile changes. The current version is published on this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or email and take effect on the stated date. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
